NeuroBridge Therapy provides specialized telehealth speech therapy for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease and recovering from stroke.
Services address voice weakness, speech clarity, word-finding difficulty, memory, executive function challenges, and swallowing safety.
Treatment is delivered one-on-one via secure telehealth and designed to support functional recovery, independence, and measurable improvement in daily communication.
Todd Tuttle, M.S., CCC-SLP, is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist with experience treating neurological conditions, including Parkinson’s disease and stroke.
He provides structured, individualized therapy tailored to each patient’s specific deficits and rehabilitation goals.
Specialized services include LSVT LOUD® for Parkinson’s voice therapy, post-stroke speech and cognitive rehabilitation, and dysphagia management.
Objective outcome measures and standardized assessments are used to monitor progress and guide plan-of-care decisions.
Services are provided to patients located in Washington State via secure telehealth.

Neurological Speech Therapy (Stroke / Parkinson’s / TBI)
Treatment focused on improving speech clarity, word finding, memory, attention, and executive function following stroke.
Mild Cognitive Impairment & Memory Changes
Structured therapy targeting attention, processing speed, organization, and functional communication skills.
Dysphagia (Swallowing Therapy)
Evaluation and treatment aimed at improving swallowing safety, diet management, and caregiver education.

NeuroBridge Therapy provides telehealth speech-language pathology services for individuals recovering from stroke and those living with Parkinson’s disease.
Referrals are accepted for:
- Parkinson’s-related voice impairment (LSVT LOUD®)
- Post-stroke speech and cognitive deficits
- Executive function and communication changes
- Dysphagia management
Comprehensive evaluation reports and progress updates are provided as appropriate. Services are delivered via secure telehealth to patients located in Washington State. Referrals are welcome via phone or secure email, and patients are typically scheduled within 1–2 weeks.
